The project included demolition of a building at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard. As part of mitigation for the adverse effect to the National Register-listed property, A.D. Marble & Company prepared an interpretive panel documenting the Shipways, where submarines were constructed during World War II and the Cold War. Tasks performed include: conducting historic research to prepare detailed written and graphic documentation, art direction, layout, image editing, and preparation of files for press as well as coordinated panel fabrication.
